		<![CDATA[<b>Hiring Vendors</b><BR><br>We work hard to find talented wedding professionals with business integrity and great attitude. There are many people who can do the job for your wedding and we know you want the best people for the job proportionate to your budget and prioritization process.<br><br>What is highly important to one couple may be a lower and therefore less expensive  facet of a wedding to another couple. <br><br>Assembling wedding vendors is like planning a perfect dinner party; the right combination will make thee vent memorable and incredible.<br><br>Hiring the right vendors involves finding them, [you are here so that step is taken care of] interviewing them either by phone or preferable in person, [come to a Wedding Party Bridal Show] and of course establishing the guidelines by which you will work with each other.<br><br>Always have a written contract binding your vendor to exactly what you have agreed upon.<br>A contract should include, but not be limited to;<br><br>1. A detailed description of the services they will provide.<br>2. When they will provide them.<br>3. Who will be providing services. [Will you get the vendor themselves or an assistant?]<br>4. The agreed upon price.<br>5. Dates any payments and balances are due.<br>6. A backup plan should they be physically unable to make it the day of your event.<br><br>Please do not expect any vendor to hold a wedding date for you without a retainer for more than a few days. Vendors receive many requests for dates which are obviously very limited.<br><br>Sign your contract, keep a copy and send payment in certified letter form so you know that they received it.
